1st Treg Network Meeting
|
 The 1st Treg Network Meeting organized by Miltenyi Biotec took place in Noordwhijkerhout, The Netherlands from April 18 to 19. The Meeting was intented to provide researchers and clinicians working in the field of Treg cells a platform for extensive discussion and networking. 50 investigators from 10 different countries participated at the Meeting that was separated in 3 different scientific sessions focusing on Tregs in the fields of hematology, oncology and solid organ transplantation. Eleven international speakers gave excellent presentations on their work followed by lively discussions. One of the remarkable highlights of this meeting was the open discussion round that was scheduled for Friday evening. This session was chaired by Matthias Edinger from Regensburg, Germany, one of the key opinion leaders in the field of Treg cell application in hematology.
