Mo-DC Differentiation Medium
|
Description
The Mo-DC Differentiation Medium contains Interleukin-4 and GM-CSF. Mo-DCs can easily be generated from monocytes with a lot-to-lot consistent, standardized protocol. Ready-to use Mo-DC Differentiation Medium for the effective differentiation of immature Mo-DCs.
Applications
For the in vitro differentiation of monocyte-derived dendritic cells.

Figure 1
Flow cytometric analysis of in vitro generated immature monocyte-derived dendritic cells (Mo-DCs) using the Mo-DC Differentiation Medium. Monocytes isolated with CD14 MicroBeads from human PBMCs were differentiated into Mo-DCs in the presence of GM-CSF and IL-4 for 7 days. Shown are the expression levels of CD14 (A), CD209 (DC-SIGN) (B), CD80 (C), CD83 (D) CD86 (E), and HLA-DR (F) on immature Mo-DCs. Isotype control stainings are illustrated as white histograms.
