| Incubation of cells with FcR Blocking Reagent, mouse, increases the specificity of labeling with MACS® Antibodies or MACS MicroBeads and thereby improves the specificity of immunofluorescent staining and purity of magnetically isolated target cells, respectively. |
| Applications |
| FcR Blocking Reagent, mouse is used to block unwanted binding of antibodies to mouse cells expressing Fc receptors, such as B cells, monocytes, and macrophages, and increases the specificity of MicroBead labeling of rare cells, for example, neural stem cells, hematopoietic stem cells, or regulatory T cells. |
