| Description |
| The FcR Blocking Reagent was developed to increase the specificity of labeling with MACS® Antibodies or MACS MicroBeads. This improves the specificity of immunofluorescent staining and the purity of magnetically isolated target cells, respectively. This includes extremely rare target cells such as antigen-specific B cells, fetal cells in maternal blood, hematopoietic progenitor cells, or disseminated epithelial tumor cells. |
| Applications |
| FcR Blocking Reagent is used to block unwanted binding of antibodies to human Fc receptor-expressing cells such as B cells, monocytes, and macrophages. |
