QuadroMACSâ„¢ Separator
Description The QuadroMACS™ Separator combines four MidiMACS™ Separation Units in one. This allows convenient separation of up to four samples at a time. The QuadroMACS Separator is ideal whenever numerous separations with LS Columns, LD Columns, or Whole Blood Columns are performed. Simultaneous separations might be desired for processing of multiple samples or for the separation of large samples split into portions. Up to four LS Columns, LD Columns, or Whole Blood Columns can be placed in the QuadroMACS Separator. Each LS Column can be used for the separation of up to 108 magnetically labeled cells from up to 2×109 total cells. Each LD Column can be used to deplete up to 108 magnetically labeled cells from up to 5×108 total cells. Whole Blood Columns can be used for processing up to 15 mL whole blood.
