| Description |
| Large Cell Columns have been developed for the positive selection of large human and animal cells, such as megakaryocytes, with the MiniMACS™ or OctoMACS™ Separator. In general, cell suspensions should not contain clumps, aggregates or particles >50 µm. The columns are packed in a sterile way and can also be used to separate other biological material such as plant cells or protozoa. The flow rate is controlled with a flow resistor that is supplied with the columns. |
