| VioBlue – the new dye for multicolor flow cytometry |

Miltenyi Biotec is proud to introduce a new dye for use with a violet laser – VioBlue. With an absorption maximum at 405 nm and an emission maximum at 455 nm (see figure), it is perfectly suited for the standard laser and filter equipment of the MACSQuant™ Analyzer. VioBlue is also compatible with any other flow cytometer equipped with an appropriate laser. The multiplexing of VioBlue with other fluorochromes is easily possible, adding to the variety of marker combinations for multiparameter cell analysis.
