Isolate and analyze the newly described T helper cell subset, Th17 cells!
Th17 cells, a T helper cell subset distinct from Th1 and Th2 cells, preferentially produce interleukin-17 (IL-17, or IL-17A), IL-17F, IL-21, and IL-22. Th17 cells are crucial for the cross-talk between immune system and tissues and are involved in the induction of immune responses in inflammation.
Viable mouse IL-17–secreting cells can now be isolated and analyzed using the unique MACS® Cytokine Secretion Assays.
