MACS® Cytokine Secretion Assays are designed for highly sensitive detection as well as optional enrichment of viable cytokine-secreting cells. This unique technology allows:
- Detection of secreted cytokines on single-cell level
- Simultaneous phenotyping of cytokine-secreting cells for more detailed information on subsets and activation status
- Detection of co-expression of two different cytokines or simultaneous staining with peptide-MHC tetramers for functional analysis of the cells
- Optional magnetic enrichment of viable cytokine-secreting cells for enhanced sensitivity of one antigen-specific T cell per million cells or downstream applications (MACS® Secretion Assays - Enrichment and Detection Kits)
