The miRXplore™ Microarrays for microRNA expression profiling were developed and validated in close cooperation with leading miRNA research scientists at the Rockefeller University1.
miRXplore Microarrays
• contain all published1,2 mammalian and viral miRNA sequences.
• ensure highly specific binding due to the thorough, single-nucleotide testing of the individual oligonucleotides on the miRXplore™ Microarray.
• provide researchers with extensive positive, negative, and calibration controls for monitoring of experimental steps and normalization.
Kits and full services
miRXplore Microarrays are used in the miRXplore Microarray Services and are as well available as kits.
Profit from our cost-effective, trusted, and fast miRNA profiling services, available in two types:
i) miRXplore™ Microarray Service
is the standard service that uses sample and control both sent in by the researcher.
ii) miRXplore™ Microarray Universal Reference Service
For this service, the miRXplore™ Universal Reference, a synthetic miRNA pool of more than 950 mature microRNAs is used as reference; for example, if multiple samples have to be compared and when sample material has to be saved.
