The reagent of your particular interest is not included on the MACS® Cell Separation Reagent portfolio? You have a primary antibody against the cell surface molecule of your interest available? Then choose indirect magnetic labeling for your cell separation.
In a first step, the cells are labeled with a primary antibody at the optimal concentration for specific labeling. In the second step, the magnetic labeling with MACS MicroBeads is performed.
