| Applications |
| CD326 (EpCAM) MicroBeads can be used for the isolation of epithelial cells or epithelial tumor cells from single-cell preparations of tissues and organs. In addition, disseminated epithelial tumor cells expressing CD326 can be enriched from peripheral blood, bone marrow, or even lymph nodes. Furthermore, functional pluripotent hepatic progenitor cells (hepatic stem cells and hepatoblasts) have been isolated from fetal, neonatal, pediatric, and adult liver tissue using CD326 (EpCAM) MicroBeads.1,2 |
